Katharina Earle

Overview

A native of Berlin, Germany, Katharina Earle now lives and practices law in the United States. As a member of Faegre Drinker’s finance and restructuring group, she focuses her practice primarily on corporate restructurings, bankruptcy and other insolvency-related matters. She regularly represents debtors, creditors, investors and other interested parties across various industries in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including Chapter 11 proceedings and assignments for the benefit of creditors (ABC).

In addition, Katharina counsels international companies that are seeking to establish a presence in the United States. Katharina is fluent in German and English and possesses a working knowledge of French.

Prior to entering private practice, Katharina served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mary F. Walrath and the Hon. Kevin Gross at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. During law school, Katharina completed a three-semester internship with the Hon. Christopher S. Sontchi at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Katharina enjoys traveling, reading and practicing yoga.
