Ryan Duebner partners with clients to build intellectual property portfolios that advance their business objectives. He provides counsel and legal services in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent portfolio management, risk evaluation related to third-party patents, opinions, patent preparation and prosecution, litigation support, and technology transfer transactions.

Ryan has experience in the software, electrical, optical and mechanical-related arts.

Previous Experience

Prior to attending law school, Ryan worked as a research assistant performing research in high-energy physics.
