Sarah R. Doty



Sarah Doty helps employers traverse labor and employment matters confidently and compliantly. With strong project management experience and an eclectic legal background, Sarah ensures companies can focus on expanding their footprint in the marketplace while she coordinates with stakeholders to meet state and federal employment and labor laws.

Previous Experience

Sarah previously clerked for the Honorable David F. Hamilton of U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and for the Monroe County Circuit Court in Bloomington, Ind. She also served as a certified legal intern with the Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office and a project manager for the Office of Child Support Enforcement’s Parenting Time Opportunities for Children (PTOC) program, a pilot program studying the correlation between stable parenting time and the consistency of child support payments. In addition, Sarah gained an insider’s perspective on government entities as an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Enforcement Operations and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Indiana.

Personal Interests

Sarah is committed to equalizing access to justice. She also has a vested interest in Star Trek and the Green Bay Packers.
