Overview
John DiPasquale represents clients in real estate matters including acquisitions, divestures, financing and leasing. He also advises clients on land development projects and handles zoning and land use applications and hearings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He works closely with colleagues in the corporate practice group to counsel clients on real estate issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, as well as provide general business counseling.
John has served as the lead associate on deals ranging from simple sales to complex transactions over $100 million.
Prior to practicing law, John worked in commercial real estate brokerage.
