Overview

Natalie DeLave focuses her practice on complex litigation and internal investigations. She represents clients in commercial disputes and in response to investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice and other regulatory agencies.

As a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations team, Natalie regularly contributes to the Enforcement Highlights blog, which provides reports, discussions and analyses on noteworthy trends in enforcement and regulatory activity of the SEC and other agencies including the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Natalie also contributes to the firm’s TCPA Blog, which provides important news and insight about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

While in law school, Natalie interned for the Honorable Manish S. Shah of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and for the Honorable Robert L. Miller, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
