Greg Dale helps companies keep their workers safe and their facilities in compliance with OSHA and state plan OSHA agencies. Greg is the management-side editor-in-chief of the Bloomberg Law and American Bar Association’s Occupational Safety and Health Law treatise (Third and current Fourth Editions) and a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. With over three decades of experience representing management in occupational safety/health and other labor and employment law matters, he advises on employment discrimination issues, labor arbitrations, employment contract issues, supervisory training, retaliation issues, and wrongful discharge litigation.

OSHA and WARN Expertise

Greg has extensive experience with OSHA and WARN matters. He serves as national and regional OSHA counsel for several businesses and has handled federal and state OSHA matters in jurisdictions across the country. Similarly, he serves as national or regional WARN counsel for several employers and has significant experience advising employers on planning and executing reductions in force.

Industry Experience

Greg has counseled and defended clients in the manufacturing and construction sectors, service and retail industries, energy and bio-energy field, food and agribusiness industries, public utilities area and nonprofit sector.

Additional Expertise

Beyond his employment practice, Greg has represented several clients in Sarbanes-Oxley Act matters. In prior years, he also served as chancellor (general counsel) to The Indiana Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church and its Bishop.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Greg was a senior tax consultant with Ernst & Whinney. Greg was also a certified public accountant in Indiana.
