Overview
Nicole Cohn brings her vast knowledge and 20 years’ paralegal experience supporting attorneys and clients in all aspects of complex litigation, including commercial litigation, products liability litigation, class actions, construction litigation, and commercial foreclosure. Nicole assists attorneys with the preparation of briefs — including cite-checking, blue-booking, and compiling exhibits and e-filing of pleadings in state and federal courts. She also assists in all aspects of discovery, including drafting deposition notices and subpoenas, compiling exhibits for depositions, conducting document reviews, and managing documents from litigation inception to trial. Nicole is also well versed in submitting requests under state and federal law seeking access to public documents. Nicole also works regularly for clients in the health care industry, providing support to nursing homes and assisted-living facilities by taking charge of the preparation, assembly and filing of annual disclosure statements required by the Department of Community Affairs.
