She is an experienced and effective first-chair trial lawyer who has arbitrated and litigated cases in both state and federal court in numerous jurisdictions, including Colorado, California, Illinois, Florida, Minnesota Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming, and she has represented clients before judges, juries, arbitrators and commissioners. She nonetheless strives to achieve prompt and successful outcomes outside of the courtroom and without protracted litigation.
