Michael J. Carroll



Michael Carroll defends product liability and complex civil litigation claims, primarily representing makers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Michael has experience in state and federal courts nationwide, in federal multidistrict litigation and in toxic tort cases. He is skilled in pre-trial litigation, crafting solid defenses that have paved the way for summary judgment motions. He is also experienced in deposing plaintiffs and other key fact witnesses to build clients’ cases.

Michael has represented makers of:

  • Baby formula
  • Prescription medications

Before becoming an attorney, Michael gained experienced in federal and state regulatory and legal compliance matters at a Fortune 500 company.
