Overview
Caitlin Canahai aids clients and litigates disputes across a range of areas within the intellectual property space.
During law school, Caitlin served as a research assistant to leading Notre Dame Law School intellectual property professor, Mark McKenna and served as a legal intern with the school’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. In these roles, she assisted with in-depth research projects related to numerous aspects of intellectual property law and gained experience counseling clients on obtaining trademark and patent protection. She was also actively involved with the school's LGBT Law Forum.
Past Experience
Prior to her time with Faegre Drinker, Caitlin began her legal career as an associate with DLA Piper.
