Overview
Ted Budd helps clients protect their intellectual property through patent litigation, pre-suit infringement and validity opinions, and other intellectual property matters. He works on intellectual property matters in a variety of areas, including medical devices and methods of treatment, disk drive technology, and filtration technology.
Faculty Positions
Ted is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he has taught courses on patent litigation for over a decade.
