Spencer R. Booth



Spencer Booth has acted as coverage counsel in hundreds of high-risk, complex and catastrophic claims. Spencer has also provided advice, drafted opinions and defended carriers in coverage-related lawsuits. Additionally, Spencer is well-versed in the interpretation of commercial general liability policies, as well as excess and umbrella liability policies. Spencer also has extensive experience representing carriers in complex construction defect matters. With experience at all stages of the litigation process, Spencer works with insurers to ensure they are informed and protected.

Spencer served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, where he represented the State of Florida in criminal bench trials. He was also an intern for the Honorable Jacqueline Hogan Scola, Circuit Court Judge, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and the Honorable Rodolfo Ruiz, Circuit Court Judge, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
