Lance Bonner



Lance Bonner assists publicly and privately held companies across industries with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, minority investments and other strategic transactions. He leverages prior experience as a litigator in helping clients with risk assessment and allocation when negotiating agreements.

Lance has broad corporate transactional experience, providing representation to clients such as:

  • Public and private companies with strategic transactions ranging from less than $1 million to more than $1 billion in various industries including health care, medical devices, financial services, retail, recreation, food, software and technology, manufacturing and construction.
  • Family-owned and founder-owned businesses in exit transactions.
  • Private equity firms in transactions involving portfolio companies.
  • Venture capital investors and emerging companies with capital-raising transactions.
  • Public and private companies executing corporate reorganizations.
