Elizabeth B. Boggia



Elizabeth (Eliza) Boggia is a litigator who helps clients navigate and limit risk. She collaborates with clients to achieve advantageous results by understanding their business and financial goals. She has significant experience in class action and complex litigation, including consumer fraud claims, price gouging, antitrust and trade secret misappropriation. She also assists clients in white collar defense and internal investigations, helping clients navigate government and regulatory inquiries. Before joining the firm, Eliza was an associate at another Am Law 100 firm in New York City, where she represented major domestic and international companies in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
