Overview

CB Baga's trial practice focuses on resolving complex commercial disputes by focusing on the advantage that can be gained for clients. They litigate and resolve complex commercial disputes, with expertise in trade secret and non-compete litigation and complex contract disputes. CB has experience working for clients on appellate matters, class actions, business torts, financial disputes, insurance regulatory, litigation, and dispute resolution, franchise litigation, and government investigations.

CB also has a deep understanding of the nuances of complex corporate depositions, serving as the primary researcher on a novel regarding the topic.

CB has first-chaired multiple evidentiary hearings and oral arguments.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining the firm, CB worked as summer associate at Faegre Drinker, a judicial extern for Judge Patrick Schiltz in the District of Minnesota and a law clerk at Kosieradzki Smith.
