Overview

CB Baga resolves complex commercial disputes by focusing on the advantage that can be gained for clients, particularly in trade secret and non-compete litigation as well as complex contract matters. With concentrations in counseling clients in the food and agribusiness, insurance, and sports and recreation sectors, CB represents clients in appellate matters, class actions, business torts, financial disputes, insurance regulatory matters and dispute resolution, franchise litigation, and government investigations. CB is also a member of Faegre Drinker’s COVID-19 Task Force.

CB has first-chaired multiple evidentiary hearings and oral arguments. They also have a deep understanding of the nuances of complex corporate depositions, serving as the primary researcher on a novel concerning the topic.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining the firm, CB worked as summer associate at Faegre Drinker, a judicial extern for Judge Patrick Schiltz in the District of Minnesota and a law clerk at Kosieradzki Smith.
