Overview
David Archer is a litigator who helps clients resolve complex business and commercial disputes. He represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of business litigation matters, with an emphasis on franchise matters and class actions. He has also litigated matters in the finance, real estate and energy industries and has experience representing clients in matters of regulatory compliance and governmental investigations.
During law school, David worked as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the Minneapolis City Attorney’s office, where he worked primarily on civil litigation matters. David also worked as a law clerk in Xcel Energy’s Office of General Counsel, where he focused on litigation matters and on state and federal regulatory affairs.
Before law school, David worked as a senior adviser to the Governor of Colorado.
