In-House Corporate Counsel Experience

During his time as corporate counsel, Robert managed all legal activities for the company’s three largest divisions in Raleigh, Charlotte and Atlanta. Additionally, Robert handled numerous real estate transactions in Pittsburgh, Morgantown, Greenville, Charleston, and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Robert also served as a non-voting member of the corporate land acquisition committee and as a key adviser to the executive team on strategic operational initiatives. In addition to his transactional experience, Robert managed outside legal counsel on litigation and regulatory matters, including issues related to construction defects, employment matters, contract and insurance disputes, and tort claims.
