Driverless Car Bill Stalls in Congress, so States Gear Up

Bethany Gullman and Theodore Bristol authored an article for Law360 about a bipartisan bill that could be the first significant federal legislation of autonomous vehicles. In the article, Gullman and Bristol discussed how many states are passing their own laws in the meantime.
