Light at the end of the tunnel for patent reform, or an oncoming train?

Washington partner Bob Stoll wrote an article for The Hill titled, “Light at the end of the tunnel for patent reform, or an oncoming train?”

Bob discusses the Protecting American Talent and Entrepreneurship (PATENT) Act and says that when the bill was first presented, it gained a lot of support from hotels, banks and small businesses, amongst others, but now with possible modifications to it, the bill could easily lose its current supporters and opportunity to move ahead in the process.
