Attacks on Patent System Are Unfounded

Washington D.C. partner and co-chair of the intellectual property group Bob Stoll published an article titled, “Attacks on patent system are unfounded” on U.S. political website The Hill. In the article, Bob discusses recent studies and publications that debunk often criticized software patents, which are accused of creating insurmountable barriers to market entry for small companies. He continues by emphasizing the importance of more comprehensive studies to be issued to show the impact in creation of economic growth and innovation.

The Hill is a top US political website, read by the White House and more lawmakers than any other site -- vital for policy, politics and election campaigns.
