N.J. Confidential: Preventing Trade Secret Misappropriation Through Injunctive Measures

In an article published in the New Jersey Law Journal’s April 14, 2014, Intellectual Property & Life Sciences section, Florham Park partner Mike Zogby and associate Andy Egan, both former law clerks in New Jersey’s Chancery Court, examined availability of injunctive remedies under the two-year-old New Jersey Trade Secrets Act to protect a company’s trade secrets and prevent misappropriation by competitors or former employees.
