The Relationship of the Model Business Corporation Act to Other Entity Laws

Philadelphia partner Bill Clark has authored an article on “The Relationship of the Model Business Corporation Act to Other Entity Laws” for Law and Contemporary Problems, the oldest journal published at Duke Law School. Bill’s article was published in an edition of the journal devoted entirely to articles in honor of the 60th anniversary of the Model Business Corporation Act (MBCA).

Bill, a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group and a member of the committee that drafts the MBCA, discusses the competition from other entity forms that raises important questions about the act’s future development.
