The Strategic Decisions Involved in Selecting and Prepping 30(b)(6) Witnesses

Overview

On September 17, Philadelphia partner William Carr and counsel Heather Giordanella presented at the Greater Philadelphia Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Litigation Law CLE Institute.

During their session, titled, “The Strategic Decisions Involved in Selecting and Prepping 30(b)(6) Witnesses,” William and Heather discussed various issues that should be considered when identifying 30(b)(6) witnesses and the steps that should be taken to ensure such witnesses are appropriately prepared for their depositions.  In addition, William and Heather discussed the ethical implications associated with 30(b)(6) witnesses.

William and Heather were joined by Kirstin Miller Mazzeo, Litigation Counsel for Campbell Soup Company.
