Site Remediation Reform and the New LSRP System: Transactional, Technical And Brownfield Impacts.

Overview

Florham Park partner Sean Monaghan served as a panelist at an upcoming New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education program “Site Remediation Reform and the New LSRP System: Transactional, Technical And Brownfield Impacts.” The program featured two panels: one comprised of lawyers working in the field, the other of Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs). Sean, a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Group, discussed and debated the new processes and procedures, how they have changed the business of investigations and cleanups in New Jersey, and the resulting affects on transactions, transactional strategies and Brownfield redevelopment.
