Overview

Washington, D.C., partner Gary Rinkerman provided a series of presentations on U.S. intellectual property law for the School of Law at Queen Mary, University of London, February 8-10, 2012.

The topics ranged across the entire spectrum of U.S. IP rights, including, trade secrets, copyright, utility patents, design patents, trademarks, rights of publicity and "moral rights" at the state and federal levels. 

The series concluded with a presentation on IP transactions, including license and development agreements.  

The School of Law at Queen Mary, University of London is one of six law schools in the federal University of London.  The lecture audience included practicing lawyers as well as graduate students.
