Recent International Antitrust Developments


Chicago partner David Braun presented at the Practising Law Institute’s “Antitrust Institute 2010: Developments & Hot Topics.” The purpose of the program was to shed light on important antitrust developments that have occurred during President Barack Obama’s watershed year, and what may lie in store for the future. David, a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group's International Team, presented on “Recent International Antitrust Developments.” His presentation focused on recent antitrust headlines around the world, gave an overview of international antitrust developments and enforcement in major industrialized countries and discussed substantive differences between European and United States antitrust law.
