Patent Litigation After the America Invents Act
Overview
Washington, D.C., partner Bob Stoll was the luncheon keynote speaker at The Catholic University Law Review Symposium titled, “Patent Litigation After the America Invents Act,” on March 27, 2015. Bob spoke on the issue of patent subject matter eligibility to a group of about 150 students and practitioners. Other speakers included: Kathleen O’Malley, Circuit Judge, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; Catherine Blake, Chief Judge, US District Court for the District of Maryland; and Thomas Pender, ALJ, US International Trade Commissions.
