Overview

Philadelphia associate Matt Bodenstein presented a 90-minute continuing legal education course entitled “Patent and Copyright Law” to the Office of General Counsel of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, PA. The presentation highlighted the differences between copyright and patent protection, and focused on the statutory bases for patentability, including 35 U.S.C. sections 101, 102, 103 and 112. The course also included a brief discussion of patent re-examination.
