Missouri Telehealth Network’s 2010 Telehealth Training Program

Legal & Regulatory Issues


Washington, D.C., senior government relations director Greg Billings gave a presentation on behalf of the Center for Telehealth and e-Health Law (CTeL) at the Missouri Telehealth Network’s 2010 Telehealth Training Program.  Greg, a member of the Government and Regulatory Affairs Practice Group, gave the presentation, via video, focusing on legal and regulatory issues impacting the telehealth community, such as licensure, credentialing/privileging and reimbursement.  CTeL, which is managed by the firm’s Government Relations Practice Group, is a nonprofit organization that specializes in legal and regulatory issues impeding the advancement of telehealth and related e-health services.
