Legislative Impacts on the Courts

Washington, D.C. partner Bob Stoll spoke at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2013 International Series: DC China Think Tank Discussion on August 5 in Washington, D.C. His presentation was titled “Legislative Impacts on the Courts” and focused on innovation in trade, commerce and adjudication.

The Chief Judge from the Court of Appeal from the Federal Circuit and other judges on his court, the Chief Judge of the ITC and other ITC judges and several senior judges from Chinese courts and tribunals, all participated in the event.
