Legal 101 for Entrepreneurs

Princeton partner Ian Goldstein and Florham Park associate Jim Fischer will present a seminar at Princeton University entitled “Legal 101 for Entrepreneurs.”  The seminar, hosted by professor Ed Zschau, who teaches the nationally recognized "High Tech Entrepreneurship" class at Princeton, is open to students of Professor Zschau’s class, interested grad students, faculty and alumni of the university.  Ian and Jim will use Ian’s blog, PrincetonStartupLawyer.com, as a teaching tool and follow-up resource for attendees.  Ian developed the blog to proactively address common legal questions and issues frequently raised by entrepreneurs.
