Overview

Howard Morse, partner and co-chair of the firm's Antitrust Practice Group, will be a speaker at the In-House Counsel Forum on Pharmaceutical Antitrust, to be held May 24-25 in Washington, DC. Mr. Morse will be participating in the May 24 panel discussion "Defining the 'Market' and Its Effect on Antitrust Analysis of Pharmaceutical Company Conduct and Transactions." The session will examine the role of market definition in antitrust cases, market definition in merger vs. monopolization and conduct cases, and the future of innovation markets.
