Friends, Co-Workers & Thieves: Coping with Fraud

Overview

Philadelphia partner Scott Coffina will co-present a session at ERAPPA’s annual meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 2, in Philadelphia, Pa.

ERAPPA, the Eastern Region of the Association of Physical Plant Administrators at colleges and universities, covers approximately 15 states and several Canadian provinces.

Scott will co-present “Friends, Co-Workers & Thieves:  Coping with Fraud,” with Ric Zayas, a forensic accountant from SmartDevine. The session will focus on the devastating effects of fraud in a college or university environment. Scott and Ric will tell the story of a multi-year fraud at a local university and how it went undetected.
