Finding the Signal in the Noise: Information Governance, Analytics, and The Future of Legal Practice

On Friday, February 28, 2014, Bennett B. Borden will be speaking at the University of Richmond, Journal of Law and Technology Information Governance Symposium in Richmond, Virginia. He will be presenting a law review article co-authored by Jason R. Baron that will be published in the Journal this week titled “Finding the Signal in the Noise: Information Governance, Analytics, and The Future of Legal Practice.” The presentation will discuss how advanced analytics provides unprecedented visibility into human decisions and actions. When properly leveraged, this technology and visibility can transform the practice of law. The presentation will describe several real-life examples.
