Overview

Washington, D.C., partner Paul Moorehead will speak at the Department of Energy’s Tribal Energy Program, October 25, 2010, in Denver, Co. The event is designed for attendees as an opportunity to build knowledge and skills essential to developing, implementing, and sustaining conservation and renewable energy projects on tribal lands. The annual gathering enables tribes to meet and learn from other tribes who are pursuing efficiency and renewable energy projects. Paul, a member of the Indian Tribal Governments Team within the Government & Regulatory Affairs Practice Group, will discuss the “Indian Energy Parity Act of 2010” and other significant legislative initiatives that relate to Indian tribal energy and the Tribal Energy Program.
