Overview

Christine Cartwright Baker, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, is the moderator of the teleseminar panel “Negotiating Difference: Appreciating Gender and Culture in Negotiations” on Thursday, September 21, 2006 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm EDT, presented by the ABA Women Rainmakers of the Law Practice Management Section, of which Christine is co-chair.  The discussion covers how communication styles, cultural mores and social perceptions impact negotiations and how these factors can be used strategically to a client’s advantage.  The teleseminar is open to ABA members and the general public.
