Chicago partner Darren Cahr spoke at a New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association event on Thursday, February 6.

The event, titled, “Branding and Brand Protection in Digital Media: How Social and Emerging Media Have Broadened the Scope of IP Counseling,” consisted of several panels that discussed various emerging topics in social media. Other speakers included in-house counsel from Johnson & Johnson and Novartis, along with several prominent practitioners in IP and advertising law.
