2nd Annual Meeting of the Native American Enterprise Initiative

Overview

Washington, D.C. partner Paul Moorehead will be speaking at the 2nd Annual Meeting of the Native American Enterprise Initiative (NAEI) on December 10, at the Lee Anderson Veterans Center, U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C.

The NAEI was established by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to advocate on priority issues in Indian Country such as legal and regulatory reform to encourage energy and other economic development, forced unionization, tribal tax matters and others.

Paul will be speaking on behalf of our clients, the Southern Ute Indian Tribe of Colorado and the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma (O-Gah-Pah).  Other speakers at the meeting will include:

  • Congressman Tom Cole (R-OK)
  • Arctic Slope Regional Corporation
  • Chickasaw Nation
  • Navajo Nation
  • Tunica-Biloxi
