The Colorado Statute – SB21-169 and Big Data & Machine Learning

Scott Kosnoff will be moderating two sessions at the upcoming IRES Foundation’s Keeping Compliance on Par: 2023 National School on Market Regulation. The first session Scott will moderate will focus on Colorado’s statute SB21-169 and will include Colorado’s implementation director in a discussion on what the new expectations are. The second session Scott is moderating, titled “Big Data & Machine Learning,” will discuss data inventory, data/model governance, and how to meet and get ahead of regulatory requirements.
