Patent Eligibility in the US and Europe

On Monday, July 22, 2019, Washington, DC, partner and co-chair of the IP Group, Bob Stoll addressed more than 100 attorneys at the Global Innovation Law Summit on a panel titled “Patent Eligibility in the U.S. and Europe” at the University of Washington in Seattle. Bob shared the podium with Felix Hermann from Boehmert and Boehmert located in Munich, Germany. Bob spoke about the U.S. developments in patent subject-matter eligibility and Mr. Hermann spoke about how Europe handles similar issues.
