On Thursday, March 7, 2019, Washington D.C. partner and co-chair of the IP Group, Bob Stoll participated in an hour-long webinar on “A Tale of Different Software Innovation: The Uneven Impact of Alice.”  The panel was moderated by Gene Quinn (founder, IPWatchdog). Other panelists included Dr. Kate Gaudry (partner, Kilpatrick Townsend and John White (partner, Berenato & White). The discussion centered on how to get software patents allowed at the USPTO. More than 290 sites were connected to the webinar.
