Chicago partner Kimberly Jones was featured at the 17th National Forum on ERISA Litigation held November 21−22, 2019, in New York.

Kimberly joined a panel titled “Best Practices for Developing and Training Fiduciaries” with Kathleen M. Morris of Willis Towers Watson and Wendy Katherine Von Wald of Travelers. Topics included, among others, assessing the current state of the market of fiduciary liability, examining coverage assessments, understanding the scope of what underwriters look for in fiduciary liability, the do’s and don’ts of maintaining best practices for fiduciaries.

This two-day conference featured the latest regulatory and litigation developments, including how to manage the complexities and nuances of today’s ERISA claims, emerging plaintiff arguments, and practical insights from the bench.
