ABA 2019 Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint CLE Seminar

Adrienne Franco Busby spoke to attorneys nationwide practicing in environmental, energy, mass torts and product liability litigation at an American Bar Association Section of Litigation event. With expertise as science counsel during product liability matters, Adrienne joined other experienced professionals on a panel on “Medical Literature & Trial.” She provided insight on how to use medical literature at trial and strategies behind dealing with literature that is helpful and harmful to claims at trial.

The meeting brought together in-house counsel, private practitioners, government employees, members of academia and the judiciary to discuss substantive and practical challenges in today’s ever-changing world.
