National Security as a Barrier to International Trade and Foreign Investment?

Washington, D.C., partner Nate Bolin participated in a panel discussion at The Center for American and International Law’s “Symposium on Global Markets: Regulatory Nationalism and a New World Order: The End of Globalization?” on June 18, 2018. Nate’s panel, titled “National Security as a Barrier to International Trade and Foreign Investment?” explored the review of foreign investment and national security threats by the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States.

The Symposium on Global Markets provided attendees, including lawyers from at least 25 countries, with a comprehensive review of national and international legal developments affecting international trade.
