Washington, D.C., associate Jennifer Criss moderated a panel at the American Bar Association (ABA)’s 33rd Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference in Arlington, Virginia, on April 20, 2018.
Jennifer’s panel, “Fair Use or Not Fair Use: That Is the Question,” presented a roundup of recent cases relating to copyright fair use. Other speakers included Joseph C. Gratz from Durie Tangri, Mary E. Rasenberger from The Authors Guild, and Claudia Ray from Kirkland & Ellis.
Jennifer serves as Chair of the ABA’s Committee on Copyright & Social Media, which sponsored the panel, and she is also a member of the CLE Board for the ABA’s Section on Intellectual Property Law.
