Law, Policy and the Internet of Things — What You Need To Know

Overview

The Internet of Things (IoT) comprises the increasingly smart devices in our homes and vehicles, as well as in wearable technologies, that connect to the Internet. These devices are embedded with software and sensors that collect and transmit data. At the same time, the IoT embraces larger-scale linked networks, comprising smart cities, telemedicine, and various kinds of new industrial and energy grids, to name a few examples.

In this webinar, partners Bennett B. Borden and Laura H. Phillips and of counsel Jason R. Baron examined the intersection of law, policy and the IOT.
