Bennett Borden Speaks at IoT Litigation Conference

Overview

Washington, D.C. partner and Chief Data Scientist Bennett Borden participated in a number of panels at Harris Martin’s Smart Device Litigation Conference: Issues Arising from the Internet of Things on June 28, 2017.

Bennett, who served as co-chair of the conference, provided opening and closing remarks on the state and future of litigation issues in the emerging world of the Internet of Things (IOT).

Bennett also participated in a panel that discussed the issues of mass liability in a digital ecosystem of 20 billion smart devices, and in a panel that focused on available discovery software for navigating data in the IoT.
