New York partner Jerry Hathaway was a panelist at the New York State Bar Association 2017 Commercial and Federal Litigation Section Spring Meeting on May 20. Jerry joined the Honorable Deborah Karalunas of Onondaga County’s Supreme Court, Daniel Jonas of ConMed Corporation and Jonathan Fellows of Bond, Schoeneck & King on a panel titled, “The Prosecution and Defense of Actions Involving Restrictive Covenants and Implied Duties of Confidentiality and Loyalty.”
Other topics at the three-day program included trade secrets, recent changes to commercial division rules and federal rules of civil procedure, and fake evidence. Jerry co-chairs the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section’s Labor & Employment Committee.
