Overview

Washington, D.C. of counsel Jason R. Baron presented a paper at CeDEM 17—the seventh International Conference for E-Democracy and Open Government—held at Danube University in Krems, Austria on May 18, 2017.

The co-authored paper, titled “Dark Archives and eDemocracy: Strategies for Overcoming Access Barriers to the Public Record Archives of the Future,” was nominated for Best Paper at the conference.

While in Europe, Jason also gave a series of lectures on information governance in the Netherlands, at The Hague and in Rotterdam, sponsored by Doxis.
