Inter Partes Review: Current Issues, Policy and Practice Tips

Washington, D.C., partner and co-chair of the IP Group, Bob Stoll, participated in the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association meeting in Sonoma, California, September 16-18, 2016. Bob spoke on a plenary panel on September 17 with Kirupa Pushparaj, director of intellectual property at Square, Inc. and Theo Angelis, a partner with K & L Gates in a session titled, “Inter Partes Review: Current Issues, Policy and Practice Tips.” The discussions centered on patent quality and patent subject matter eligibility.
